Fields marked with an asterisk on the newsletter or event registration form are mandatory.

The association BIZ APPS French Community proceeds to the collection and processing of your personal data, in its capacity as data controller.

The data are collected and processed to allow the applicants to register (for the newsletter or for the proposed events), to allow BIZ APPS French Community to integrate the applicants in the newsletter sending campaigns or in the virtual spaces dedicated to the events and to monitor the relationship with the community.

Only BIZ APPS French Community will have access to the collected data and will share them, in the case of event registration, with the partners of the latter only in case of acceptance on the part of the applicant.

The data collected will be kept for a period of 3 years:

• from the date of subscription to the newsletter or

• from the date of registration for an event

The data collected are those indicated on the forms.

The applicant has the right to ask BIZ APPS French Community for access to your personal data, the correction or deletion of them, or a limitation of the processing, the right to object to the processing and the right to the portability of your data, by sending a request to the following e-mail address: rgpd@bizappfrenchcommunity.com.

The applicant may lay down guidelines on the fate of his personal data after his death.

BIZ APPS French Community implements the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure an adequate level of security of the data collected.
